Who needs to lose weight right now? I know I do! Last week, I did a post on the benefits of lemon water, and all week I had friends texting me saying they were adding lemon to their water. I want to give you more reasons why you should become best friends with lemons. Yes, I just said that. Here are some weight loss lemon drinks from me and the Squat Challenge:

I have tried all of these at one point or another. Lemon, ginger and water tends to be my personal favorite! And don’t add vodka to these because it defeats the whole purpose!
