We all have our reasons for feeling anxious at times. Family, relationships, business, work, kids, health, money, etc. When not controlled, anxiety can take over our lives in destructive ways and hinder us from living and being the best version of ourselves. I have posted about ways to manage anxiety before. One of the ways I manage my own anxiety is by watching videos that teach me more about what I may be going through, and also inspire and motivate me.
I hope you check my Inspiration page for images and videos that may motivate or inspire you.
I pulled together some resources for you to bring light to your life and distract your running mind. Perhaps there will be one or two videos you connect with the most, and you can save them and use them anytime you think you need a break from stress and anxiety that’s taking a toll on you. These videos have helped me personally.
1. Stress is Killing You, This is What You Can Do, Dr. Joe Dispenza
Dr. Joe Dispenza shares how controlling your mind and leaving the past experiences and habits behind can help to manage anxiety quickly. I like Dr. Dispenza’s style a lot and have listened to a few of his videos about controlling the mind.
2. How to Become Mentally Strong, Amy Morin
Amy Morin is a mental strength trainer and a motivational speaker. Before I ran into her and her infamous content on anxiety, I did not even know mental strength trainers existed! What an amazing title. Amy has written numerous books on different subjects related to anxiety and mental health. In this video, Amy talks about her friend who seems to have the perfect life on Facebook (yes, we all have that friend!), and explains bad habits that can cause depression and stress.

3. Advice for People with Anxiety and Depression, Chris Evans
You may remember Chris Evans as Captain America on Marvel movies. He also just launched a website called A Starting Point, a forum for politicians to make their point in under a minute. This is an interview with Chris and he is very forward about his battles with anxiety and depression.
